Pool: Our Pool business is a leading supplier of pool and spa treatment products in North America and key international markets with a broad brand and product portfolio encompassing both the Mass and Specialty Retailer channels. We are well known for our Clorox® Pool&Spa™ (under license), Pool Time® and Pool Essentials® products in North American retailers, our BioGuard® brand in North American and Australian professional channels and our Bayrol® brand across Europe.


Our Pool Division is currently seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and talented individual for the position of District Sales and Service Manager within our Consumer Brands Division (KCB). This position is based out of the New Orleans, LA area and will report to the Regional Manager.

Essential Job Functions

  • Drive sales through interaction with department, store, district and regional managers of key retailers including communication and marketing of seasonal/feature orders, acquisition of secondary product placement on higher profit items
  • Train store personnel and manage service company’s brokers, regional and district managers and service representatives
  • Identify trends and issues within territory. Report findings on price activity, quality and competitive products to sales leadership with analysis and recommendation on possible future actions and solutions
  • Maintain clean, safe and properly merchandized product displays and sets
  • Direct management responsibility for smaller regional accounts


  • BA/BS Degree in Business Management or related field
  • Experience: One to three years of sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong IT skills in all MS Office applications (SAP Preferred)
  • Demonstrated Time management skills including ability to handle multiple and differing priorities
  • Ability to travel 60% of the time, clean driving record
