KIK Consumer Brands – Hospitality Division

Our Hospitality business, operating as Marietta Hospitality, is a leading North American provider of guest amenities supplying several national and international hotel chains and independent hotels with single-use personal care products such as shampoos, conditioners, lotions, body wash and bar soap. Our Marietta Hospitality business also partners with leading brands to offer custom amenity programs to our hotel and resort customers.

Essential Job Functions


  • To generate lodging-oriented product sales in assigned territory that will meet or exceed pre-established profit and sales goals.
  • Learn the Marietta stock lines and become an expert in selling our lines to customers and understanding how they compare to competitor lines
  • Train key distributors and their sales people on our product lines
  • Works with key customers to grow incremental business within assigned territory.
  • Call on hotel account direct and work with distributor partners to manage shipment of orders
  • Works with management team to develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals and objectives and to discuss any challenges or issues with customers or the company
  • Learn the process for quoting custom programs and manage the sales process of custom orders
  • Provides team with competitor information and trends in the market
  • Works trade shows when necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Demonstrated ability to make independent, discretionary decisions. Must be self-motivated and proficient at strategic and tactical planning
  • Advanced knowledge of the principles of new business development, product marketing and sale
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing or related field required
  • Minimum of 3 years’ directly related sales experience required, preferably in consumer packaged goods or hospitality
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.  Majority is overnight travel.
