At this time, our Solskyn Personal Care Products, LLC business is looking for a Territory Sales Manager in Miami, FL. This role will report to the Regional Sales Manager. This position is responsible for driving sales and improving financial in an assigned territory by calling on key accounts at the store, which include major customers to include Walmart. Essential Job Functions

 

  • Achieve reasonable, but aggressive sales results Understand the internal processes within each type of assigned retail account
  • Hire, train, motivate and coach a team of part-time sales merchandisers to ensure each part-time merchandiser is equipped with the tools needed to accomplish the job
  • Understand the market, customers and competition within your areas of responsibility
  • Develop territory, market penetration and sales execution strategies to consistently meet sales goals
  • Direct sales focus to identify and uncover opportunities, with new growth
  • Foster a TEAM environment within group through open and clear communication

Qualifications

  • 1+ years successful sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales goal
  • Valid Driver’s License and with an excellent driving record High School Diploma / GED
  • Some overnight travel (25%)
  • Ability to lift packages (30-35lbs)
  • Good working knowledge in Excel, Power Point, Word & Outlook (Microsoft Office)
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with associates and team members
  • The ability to follow oral or written instructions, set procedures, and standards
  • Ability to work independently, understand and interpret visual merchandising tools and direction, and develop and train others.
  • Bilingual perfered
