Site Overview

KIK's Custom Division is the #1 contract manufacturer for the Consumer Packaged Goods industry (CPG) and the largest contract manufacturer for some of the world's largest CPG companies. From shampoos, soaps, body lotions, and sunscreens, and fragrances to medical and pharma, we manufacture products found in households across North America.


Site Overview

Custom Division's Georgia contract manufacturing plant is located conveniently in Gainesville with 300,000 square feet of production space. The facility runs 24 hours at 5 days a week and is registered and compliant with the FDA, EPA, & cGMP. The facility manufactures salon and haircare, personal care and OTC, and high end fragrances and is capable of manufacturing quality products in the following: steel or aluminum aerosol cans, bag on valve, and liquid filling for plastic, glass, or composite containers packaging services.


General Summary
Maintains and controls SOP system including incorporation of changes during review, prepares process instructions and specifications to support customer requirements. Coordinates documentation change-control for the site.

Essential Job Functions

  • Develops, generates and edits all controlled documents including SOP’s, specifications, Test Methods, reports, protocols, Certificates of Analysis and laboratory notebooks
  • Interprets customer specifications for internal purposes and application, and ensure conformance to customer and overall GMP compliance requirements.
  • This includes a review of batch records, and follow-up to locate missing or incomplete information.
  • Coordinates documentation change-control including maintaining security of all executed batch records and controlled documents (i.e., SOPs and validation documents).
  • Issues document change routings as directed by the Technical Management team.
  • Assures secured access to all KIK and customer documents.
  • Responsible for generating and control of master and executed documentation for QC and Operations.
  • Applies working knowledge of technical literature to interpret


  • Vocational training or equivalent experience required.
  • Strong user in MS Office Products
