    We are searching for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Custom Manufacturing Division Rosemont HQs in Chicago. This role is ideal for a high performing CPA (or CPA student); it offers a great combination of financial accounting, managerial accounting, customer pricing and profitability analysis, and operational experience in a fast moving, quick paced environment offering immediate growth and development.

    KIK Custom Manufacturing (“KCM”), a segment of KIK, is a leading contract manufacturer of HPC products in North America, serving over 100 CPG companies, including many of the leading players. Our multi-product manufacturing and packaging capabilities include an extensive portfolio of aerosol, liquid, gel and cream products, among others. We also offer OTC product manufacturing capabilities from our FDA-approved sites.     Essential Job Functions

    Your individual responsibilities include:

     

    Plant Finance

    • Manage finance function for one of KCM’s plants, including month-end close processes, monthly reporting, quarterly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
    • Manage and monitor plant expenses
    • Investigate unusual account variances and drive their resolution
    • Other ad hoc projects as may be required

     

    Customer Pricing

    • Manage and monitor specific pricing adjustments across all KCM plants 
    • Provide monthly reconciliations of specific price adjustments to all KCM plants
    • Provide monthly reporting to Senior Management
    • Other ad hoc projects as may be required

    Other

    • Collect and consolidate operational key performance metrics across all plants for senior management
    • Support KCM sales group with ad-hoc requests (e.g., customer profitability, customer volume)
    • Support KIK’s M&A team with ad-hoc requests (e.g., due diligence, integration of acquisitions)
    • Work closely with IS/IT group on new reports, report structure, and system maintenance

    Qualifications

    Education Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, GPA 3.5 or Better
    • CPA or CA ideal, but not required

    Experience

    • 3-5 years experience
    • Strong Excel skills
    • JD Edwards World and/or EnterpriseOne experience an asset

    Travel

    • Some travel may be required for this role
