    KIK Consumer Brands – Pool Division

    KIK’s Pool Additives Division (“Pool”) is a leading player in North America and key international markets with a broad brand and product portfolio spanning both the Mass and Specialty Retailer channels. We are well known for our Clorox® Pool&Spa™ products in the North American Mass channel, our BioGuard® brand in the North American, Australian and South Africa Specialty channel, and our Bayrol brand across Europe. Our multi-functional product formulations and innovative water testing innovations allow pool owners to safely and easily enjoy their backyard retreat.

    Essential Job Functions

    • Defining and implementing opportunities for process improvement and cost savings initiatives
    • Provide technical leadership in addressing quality issues Support manufacturing in addressing technical packaging opportunities and production challenges
    • Collaborate with manufacturing to design packaging that does not negatively affect the production process
    • Ensure that development of all packaging components have accurate specifications and verify that they will operate correctly on packaging equipment
    • Provide packaging technical support for equipment installations and modifications
    • Maintain and update a database for all packaging specificationsCreate validation reports, line verifications, specifications using excellent and organized written and verbal communication.
    • Manage and execute multiple projects at various stages, with shifting priorities, and extremely tight timelines.


    • Understand Corrugated and Fiber Packaging
    • Must be able to TOPS
    • Design and test packaging components.
    • Determine optimal case sizes and pallet stacking patterns for all SKU
    • Knowledgeable of Plastic Technology
    • EBM and IM process
    • Rigid and flexible packaging
    • Able to interact with customers, suppliers, and internal cross functional teams.
    • Analyze production machineries, lines and suggest improvements
    • Ability to build both internal and external relationships through teamwork and leadership
    • Communicate ideas to both technical and non-technical people (written and verbal ways)
    • Experience working with HazMat packaging that would require UN testing and CRSF testing
    • Strong project management skills required to implement multiple projects in a timely manner to meet required deadlines.
