    KIK Consumer Brands – Automotive Division

    Our Automotive business is comprised of the Prestone® and Holts® businesses. We develop, manufacture and market antifreeze/coolant and other automotive functional fluids and car appearance products in North America and key international markets. Prestone® is the number one branded consumer choice for antifreeze/coolant in North America. Other brands in our Automotive Care business include Holts®, Redex® and Simoniz® (outside North America).



    Essential Job Functions


      • Analyze statistics, results and trends of the environment to develop sales plans and visits
      • Design and implement improvements in service processes and customer service
      • Elaborate sales strategies and objectives in conjunction with regional brokers and customers.
      • Review key productivity indicators and customer requirements to adjust strategies
      • Personalized visit to key distributors (AA customers
      • Ensures accomplishment of planned strategies and objectives of sales and market share, including new business development
      • Ensure accomplishment to the Customers Visit Program
      • Ensures compliance of commercial and expenses policies
      • Ensure accomplishment of customer satisfaction goal
      • Ensures compliance of fill rate and customer service goal
      • Participation in trade shows and expo
      • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them
      • Implement strategies to counteract the competition.
      • Gathering of necessary market information to design sales strategies (Prices, Promotions, Competitors, Distributors, local – regional countries’ economies, marketing activities, etc.)



    Education: Degree in Administrative or Engineering

    Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in International Sales
