    KIK Consumer Brands – Household Division
    Our Household Division (“Household”) is the #1 player in North American private label bleach, and supplies private label cleaning programs to prominent American retailers.


    SUMMARY: This position is within our Household division and is responsible for managing the overall strategic direction of our retail customer base for customers based in the Midwest and East of the United States, including TOPCO, ALDI and Menard’s.

    Essential Job Functions


    • Oversee the development of the strategic direction for assigned customers.
    • Continually develop the relationships with assigned customers and penetrate the retailer’s organization beyond the buyer level. Build a collaborative relationship.
    • Execute the day to day selling responsibilities of the customer.
    • Building annual plans with the customer while incorporating KIK’s objectives and goals.
    • Working with internal partners in finance, logistics and marketing to align objectives and manage business issues as they arise.



    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 5-7 Years of progressive sales experience
    • Experience with major customers for this area preferred
    • Private Brand required
    • In depth knowledge of multiple channels of trade: food, drug, mass, value stores and hardware.
    • Experience working cross functionally in a corporate headquarter environment.
    • Experience with the principles of category management and data-based selling.
